What is Nutrition?

Nutrition is the foundation of good health. It provides a complete package of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and variety of fats and fibre all of which is to optimize the health in your mind and body. The fuel you need to do daily activities.

How do foods heal?
You are what you eat. It is recognised that food has an impact on our health for example by eating junk food you’re more likely to get a heart attack whereby eating berries your heart is more likely to be happier and healthier.

Depending on what you eat can also affect your mood and psychological health. Berries and food with colours like apricots or spinach are good for your mood.

What happens during a Nutrition consultation
Intisar will take a full history and look at your food diary, noticing any cravings. He will also look at any food intolerances and allergies to help to create a meal plan that is recommended to follow. With Intisar’s experience, he will work with you to achieve your health goals.
